The Thrive Seattle program is offered initially in two, new microapartment buildings. Each building is located in desirable, in-city locations. The buildings are available for all prospective residents in the community to rent. Thrive Seattle program members may have units close to one another in the building and will have full access to the common spaces, which include a large common kitchen, media and gaming area, rooftop deck with a bbq and dog run, and yoga and exercise room.

Each studio unit in the building has its own kitchenette, private bathroom, and an all-in-one washer/dryer unit. Various sizes and layouts are available. On the ground floor, there are common spaces including a full sized kitchen available to all residents. There is also a large rooftop deck with panoramic views of the city.
