Many young adults want to start building their own lives but moving out of the family home is a big step. Our mission is to provide inclusive apartment building communities that fills the gap. We pursue this mission by providing comfortable and modern living environments, a well matched peer cohort, skilled staff teams and tons of opportunities to connect with the community.

Christy Bateman | Program Director
Christy has worked with students on the autism spectrum for over 20 years. During this time, she has focused on teaching and supporting the development of social skills and executive functioning skills for students.
Christy has a BS in Deaf Education and Special Education as well as a Master’s degree in Special Education. For the last decade, Ms. Bateman developed and ran the District High School Program for Autistic Students in Bellevue, Washington. Most recently, Christy teamed up with Enigma-ASD to provide the support systems needed for Autistic young adults to thrive independently at home, work and in school and beyond. She has two beautiful teenagers and loves kayaking or being anywhere near water.

Anna Deliganis | Housing Director
Anna is the Director of Housing for Thrive Seattle. She obtained her BS degree from Stanford University and her MD from the University of Washington. Dr. Deliganis completed her residency and fellowship in Radiology at the University of Washington.
Together with her husband, George Webb, founder and CEO of Bode, a forward thinking real estate development and management company, she shares extensive real estate expertise. They have developed, built and managed both apartment and senior housing projects throughout the Puget Sound Area. She lives in the Seattle area with her husband and four children, including one who is neurodivergent, and is herself an avid tennis player.

Ryan Wecker | Lead Residential Services Coordinator
Ryan has committed his life to the academic and social success of young adults. He started his career as a Social Studies teacher and found a calling serving special needs communities. While receiving his Masters in Special Education, he worked in a collegiate autism support program. In this position, Ryan discovered his passion for working with adults on the autism spectrum.
For over 10 years, Mr. Wecker worked with many different ASD support programs as an administrator, teacher and academic/social coach before co-founding Enigma ASD Services. Ryan currently directs Enigma ASD services, helping neurodivergent adults reach their educational, occupational and independent living goals. He lives in the West Seattle area with his wife and two young daughters.

Ben Wahl | Outreach and Development
Ben has worked with children, adolescents and young adults for over twenty years. In 2005 Ben founded the Aspiring Youth Program, providing social groups, camps and coaching for students with autism, ADHD or similar traits.
Recognizing the need for support beyond school age, in 2013 he founded the Delphi Young Adults Program which provides coaching, internships and community activities for young adults. Ben holds a BA from Wesleyan University and an MSW from the University of Washington. In his free time Ben enjoys spending time with this family, gardening, trail running and other outdoor pursuits.
